The Garden design stage is the detailing and development of the ideas discussed on-site into a design concept plan providing an overall image of the finished garden. Included is a plan view of the project, perspective sketches or 3D images of key areas, material suggestions such as paving or tiling elements and finally suggestions for plant material. Each garden design concept package includes sample images of the proposed works and an estimate of cost to implement the design.
If the project details are clearly defined a quote will be prepared broken down to reflect each major element in the project.
If a design process is required to define and detail the scope of works an estimate of costs will be prepared prior to engaging in the design process. This estimate will be refined throughout the process as the design details the scope of works.
Once a scope of works has been documented a proposal for each major element of the project is prepared for your consideration.
